This makes Century21.ca a trilingual site – with information in Chinese now as well as English and French languages.

It’s important to myself and the rest of the executive team at CENTURY 21 Canada that we serve home buyers and sellers who have Chinese as their first language. (“Chinese” is the same written characters whether someone speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, or Taiwanese dialects.)

Reflecting the Demographics of Canadian Cities

In developing a trilingual national website, we are reflecting the many key real estate CENTURY 21 brokerages – especially in Toronto and Vancouver – that serve Chinese-language populations of significant size.

CENTURY 21 Canada realtors now have full Chinese-language support within our extensive back-end system. That means CENTURY 21 Canada brokers and reps can easily put up Chinese-language-specific property descriptions, blog posts and other content on their company and/or individual websites within Century21.ca.

The home buying public then just clicks on their language of choice – Chinese, French or English – to view a home listing or an article.

Human Translation Ensures an Authentic Experience

CENTURY 21 Canada made sure that translators, proofreaders and encoders whose first written language is Chinese were used for the creation of the Chinese version of Century21.ca – not Google translation or another automated software service. This way, our website reflects the most relevant reality of how the Chinese-language is read, as real people use it today.

The expanded code behind Century21.ca is capable of supporting any world languages – so the sky’s the limit when it comes to our national website’s reach in this richly multicultural country of ours…
